I went to my grandma's house a couple of weeks ago to do some Christmas baking. It was just me and her -- sifting, stirring, blending, and rolling while dancing around the kitchen to Christmas music. We made our usual, Swedish Pepperkakor, from the kitchen of my great-grandmother, but also tried a few new recipes to add something new to our list of Christmas goods that we bake every year. It's traditions like these that make this season so sweet.
