miscellaneous ramblings

1. I fail

at staying off of the Internet for more than a day. I seriously tried, but come 6:30 yesterday evening, I was in need of google's advice. Seriously can't imagine what it would be like to live without google!

2. this guy

Can't even begin to describe how much I love this little guy- he has such a personality! The other day we were in a thrift shop and there was a mirror hanging on the wall. He looked into it and said:

"Mirror, mirror on the wall, who's the greatest of them all? I am!"

"Mirror, mirror on the wall, who's the greatest of them all? Me? Again!"

Then he proceeded to give his reflection a kiss! ;)

3. blogging conference

We need to make this happen guys! Whether it's soon, or not for another 2 years, we are going to have a big blogging conference/meet-up!

4. birthday

I turn 15 tomorrow! I seriously can't believe I'm already 15. I remember my 8th birthday like it was yesterday, and to be honest- I'm actually afraid of getting older.

5. enjoying the small things

Kelle Hampton is probably my greatest inspiration. Not only because of the way she handles all of her life's problems, but because it was her pictures that got me interested in photography, and her blog that got me interested in blogging. If you haven't read her last post, you really need to! That bit about the puppet show? Ha! Made me laugh.

6. old pictures

I love looking through pictures from when I first got my camera. It's exciting to see how much I've progressed, because I know there's always going to be room to grow.

8. Anne of Green Gables

A couple of years ago my grandma bought me the entire box set of Anne of Green Gables. Surprisingly, it took me all this time to read them, and I can finally tell you how good they are! I love how she thinks that everything is "romantic".

9. New York & Paris

I know, total opposites, but I dream of going to both New York & Paris almost daily. Both for basically the same reason- the photography opportunities, and the history.
