creepy crawlies & a non-existent lens cap

**Warning: if you don't like snakes, lizards, insects, and such, please do yourself a favour and leave this page right away!**

Like I said in this post, I've been at Dana's house camping out in her backyard! I'm home now, which is why I'm able to blog, but we had a ton of fun!

On Saturday, we headed to the Swan Lake Christmas Hill Nature Sanctuary where Dana volunteers once a week! Her job is to change all the creepy crawly critters' water, and to feed them! Even though I don't really like these kind of things, me and my camera got right in there to snap a few pictures. :)

As you can probably tell by the look on my face, I wasn't particularly happy to be holding the snake..

Dana on the other was in love!

^^     those are tarantula's     ^^

While Dana was completing some work she had to do, me and Carolina went down to the lake to feed the ducks.

The walk down was beautiful!

Why did I take a picture of a crack in the dock?

Because that's where my lens cap decided to roll.. now it's gone, but in true Hope fashion, I laughed and took a picture of the place where I lost my beloved lens cap.

Anybody know where I can get a new one for cheap/free?

Hope everyone had an awesome weekend!!!
